Before returning any product, the buyer must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
from a customer service representative.

If the merchandise you received is defective and you wish to return the item, please submit a return request via the contact section of our website, or call us at (800) 978-3236/ (630) 926-9340, or email us at support@shopwetway.com. Please include photos if applicable, your order number or other sales reference. Requests will be considered within 30 days of the receipt of the order. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please keep in mind that we are selling products that support health based on increasing the body’s oxygen uptake. They deliver oxygen via different routes of administration. They always do. The success of the treatment depends on:

How your condition responds to the enhancement of body oxygenation
How realistic is the expectation of the results
The correct selection of products and route of administration
The correct application of the product
The correct dosage
The correct length of time of using the product.

Many products will work only at the correct dosage or after a minimum time. You may be using the right product, but maybe too little, not in the right way or perhaps too much of it, or need to use it for a longer time.

Canceling your order

Exchanges
