Express delivery is available upon request within the continental United States for an additional fee. Please contact us for an estimate.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shopwetway.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
International Shipping Policy
Wetway ships internationally. Please email support@shopwetway.com a list of the desired product(s) and shipping address. We’ll follow up and provide the estimated cost.
Orders to Canada with a net total under $250 have a flat rate of $25. Orders over $250 follow above standard international shipping procedures:
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Shopwetway.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages and Loses

Shopwetway.com is not liable for any products lost during shipping. If you did not receive your order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Shopwetway.com customer service support team will assist with any products damaged during shipping.
Please photograph and save all packaging materials and damaged goods, before filing a claim.
